What you will do

• Own end-to-end project plans for Operational Readiness & Implementation (ORI) initiatives from intake through post-launch review.
• Lead structured impact assessments across workflows, tooling, staffing, and member experience.
• Design and maintain scalable enablement infrastructure, including SOPs, playbooks, and training programs.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to the Operations Specialist.
• Drive root cause analyses for operational breakdowns and implement process or tooling adjustments.
• Represent ORI as the subject matter expert in cross-functional planning sessions and executive reviews.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, implementation, or healthcare operations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Experience designing operational enablement programs (SOPs, playbooks) at scale.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to synthesize complexity for senior audiences.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving workstreams.
