What you will do
- Identify and address operational challenges by designing, implementing, and scaling internal processes.
- Ensure operational excellence through supply chain, patient experience, and financial management best practices.
- Collaborate with Category, Product, and Tech teams to design and implement processes for new business categories.
- Develop and experiment with new operational approaches using data-driven insights.
- Assess financial and operational implications of initiatives to iterate and improve strategies over time.
Requirements
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as startups or scale-ups.
- Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, from problem identification to final implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive strategic decisions.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in SΓ£o Paulo.

- Coding or data analysis skills, specifically SQL or Python.
