What you will do

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Define project scope, milestones, success criteria, and governance for enterprise customers.
• Manage executive-level customer relationships (VP/C-level) and facilitate recurring project meetings.
• Identify and mitigate risks early using Salesforce and maintain active risk logs.
• Coordinate across Sales, Implementation Managers, Data Analysts, and Product/Engineering teams.
• Analyze gaps in implementation playbooks and propose improvements to internal templates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to manage 4-12 concurrent active projects with high rigor.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Must be based in the U.S. (excluding AK, HI, KY, MS, NE, NM, ND, RI, SD, WV, WY) or Canada.
• Strong written communication skills for executive status updates and documentation.
• Background in formal PM methodologies (PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent) preferred.
