What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable processes, documentation, and onboarding materials for the Creative Production team.
• Coordinate team rhythms, including weekly check-ins, planning sessions, and status updates to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between producers, strategists, and platform teams.
• Identify repetitive operational tasks and automate them using AI agents and automation platforms.
• Partner with AI and MarTech teams to develop smarter, more scalable workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, project management, or production operations.
• Proven ability to build operational systems and documentation from the ground up.
• Strong organizational skills and a systems-thinking mindset to optimize workflows.
• Confidence in coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• English: B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable, Notion, or other project management and automation tools.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and operational tooling.
