What you will do

• Own firmware program planning and execution for NPI portfolio from concept to launch.
• Develop integrated firmware schedules, roadmaps, and track dependencies across multiple projects.
• Partner with Engineering Leadership for prioritization, capacity planning, and risk management.
• Drive milestones including architecture readiness, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Connectivity, Sensor Intelligence, and hirify.global Labs teams.
• Establish scalable planning processes and reporting mechanisms to improve execution efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in firmware development.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management supporting embedded systems or hardware.
• Proven track record of leading complex embedded projects from concept through production.
• Experience coordinating with hardware engineering, manufacturing, and global partners.
• Strong understanding of firmware release processes and hardware-software integration.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, MA.
