What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to execute new tool Engineer-to-Order (ETO) projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Technical Support throughout the project life cycle.
• Translate customer configuration requirements into detailed system design requirements for the engineering team.
• Own engineering planning, oversee technical product specification reviews, and ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality requirements.
• Manage internally and externally sourced engineering changes compliant with company processes.
• Drive the creation of installation, setup, and calibration instructions for system delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Control, or Software Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design and development (or Master's degree and 3 years).
• Proven project or program management experience.
• Must be based in Horsham, PA.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, system block diagrams, electrical schematics, and manufacturing requirements.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of semiconductor, data storage, or capital equipment industries.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, particularly SAP.
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD systems, specifically AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Experience working within an ISO-certified organization.
