What you will do

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and key deliverables.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying problems and implementing solutions for all stakeholders.
• Manage high-level customer engagements and maintain strategic relationships.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering departments to ensure efficient project execution.
• Lead R&D development projects within a matrix organizational structure to deliver successful results.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cary, USA.
• Hands-on experience in mixed-signal IP design and/or SoC development.
• Proven track record of managing designs and teams from initial conception through to manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end design flow and tools for both analog and digital design (Architecture/RTL to GDS).
• MSEE degree is preferred.
