What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of manufacturing and assembly programs for electric propulsion systems to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage detailed task-based schedules using Smartsheet to drive the critical path and hold teams accountable.
• Act as the primary interface across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality departments.
• Embed with manufacturing teams to support day-to-day floor execution and implement recovery plans for blockers.
• Identify risks and execution gaps to improve production throughput and reliability.
• Communicate program status and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of TPM or NPI experience delivering complex hardware programs.
• Proven ability to drive execution specifically within manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in managing detailed schedules and dependencies using Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; hirify.global is unable to provide work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in electric propulsion, electric vehicles, or the aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Teamcenter, and SAP.
• Experience supporting manufacturing ramp and factory operations for complex hardware systems.
