What you will do

• Lead the serialization of algorithms and software products within the Tire Intelligence Department.
• Manage the transition of algorithmic and software products from the advanced development phase to the production phase.
• Oversee the implementation of software products, ensuring successful deployment.
• Collaborate and act as a technical lead when working with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Drive projects through the agile software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Requirements

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar quantitative field.
• 8 years of progressive post-grad experience as a Systems or Electrical Engineer within the automotive, mobility, or tire industry.
• 5 years of experience in successful software product implementation as a project manager or technical lead.
• 5 years of experience working with embedded automotive system architecture.
• 5 years of experience with Agile SDLC through product deployment.
• Must be based in Akron, OH.
