What you will do

• Manage end-to-end automotive development projects from concept through series production, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and cost tracking.
• Establish and lead cross-functional project teams, including sub-project leaders and technical specialists.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Drive change management activities, including evaluation and cost assessment of engineering changes.
• Act as the primary technical interface between customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in automotive project management, specifically in product and process development.
• Proven ability in budget control, risk management, and project planning.
• Knowledge of automotive development processes (e.g., DPM or similar frameworks).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Duncan, South Carolina.
