Salary: $100,500 - $147,400

What you will do

• Develop and maintain an AI transformation roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize AI initiatives and ensure business alignment.
• Serve as product owner for AI implementations, defining requirements and prioritization.
• Collaborate with use case owners to define scope, success metrics, and ROI.
• Lead project plans, cadence meetings, and reporting structures to resolve blockers.
• Work with change leaders to embed communication and training strategies for user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, project management, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
• Proven track record in cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and principles.
• Ability to operate in a non-standardized, non-documented environment.
