TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle for service businesses with an accent on outbound prospecting and AI-driven outreach. Focus on identifying customer pain points, onboarding new clients, and consistently exceeding sales targets in a metrics-driven environment.

Location: Must be based in the continental United States. Candidates in NYC or SF are expected to work in a hybrid schedule (3–4 days in office).

Salary: $60,000 base with an OTE of $95,000.

What you will do

  • Execute the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to closing deals.
  • Leverage AI tools to research prospects and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Identify and address pain points for diverse business owners and multi-location operators.
  • Onboard new customers to ensure rapid platform adoption and value realization.
  • Provide actionable feedback to Marketing, Product, and Ops teams based on field insights.
  • Maintain a metrics-driven approach to pipeline management and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a proven track record of achieving goals in competitive environments.
  • Experience using AI tools in a professional or academic workflow.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize a full pipeline.
  • Clear and confident communication skills tailored to business owners.
  • Must be based in the continental United States.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on tracking and improving key performance indicators.
