Salary: $100,000–$150,000 OTE

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB prospects and franchisee clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase SaaS solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure a healthy, accurate sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on goals.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales team members to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Lehi, UT, 5 days a week.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record in SMB markets.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of SMB challenges.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on sales KPIs.
