What you will do

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales quotas for hearing instruments.
  • Execute a strategic territory business plan to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits and travel within the assihirify.globaled Texas territory.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, trainings, and educational sessions for hearing healthcare professionals.
  • Document all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hearing aid centers in the region.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Texas and able to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of medical device or healthcare industry sales experience.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and database management.
  • Ability to lift 15lbs and perform field-based work.

Nice to have

  • Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree.
  • Clinical audiology or hearing healthcare experience.
