What you will do

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales quotas for hearing instruments.
• Execute a strategic territory business plan to drive revenue and market share growth.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of products to support consultative sales conversations.
• Document all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, trainings, and educational sessions for hearing healthcare professionals.
• Represent the company at customer events and conferences as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Must be based in Florida and able to travel up to 75% within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Audiology (AuD) preferred.
• 3+ years of medical device or healthcare industry sales experience.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Experience with database management.
