Demand Generation Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving high-intent demand across digital channels and optimizing the conversion system to translate marketing investment into qualified pipeline and revenue with an accent on B2B acquisition and full-funnel analytics. Focus on designing structured CRO/A/B testing programs, managing paid media ROI, and tightening Sales-Marketing feedback loops.

Location: Hybrid in New York City Metropolitan Area (must be based in NYC Metro, 3 days per week onsite)

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 base

What you will do

  • Own the new logo acquisition strategy and drive pipeline contribution to meet revenue targets.
  • Operate the public website as a conversion system, improving demo rates and lead quality through structured CRO and experimentation.
  • Manage and optimize paid media investments across search, social, and retargeting to maximize ROI.
  • Develop acquisition plays using intent data and firmographic signals to target high-propensity segments.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance from traffic to Closed Won to drive weekly optimization actions.
  • Partner with Sales to improve handoff quality and align SalesLoft outreach with inbound demand signals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning digital acquisition within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and paid media platforms.
  • Must be located in the New York City Metro area.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a marketing function autonomously and hit pipeline/revenue targets.
