Location: Hybrid in New York City Metropolitan Area (must be based in NYC Metro, 3 days per week onsite)
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 base

What you will do
- Own the new logo acquisition strategy and drive pipeline contribution to meet revenue targets.
- Operate the public website as a conversion system, improving demo rates and lead quality through structured CRO and experimentation.
- Manage and optimize paid media investments across search, social, and retargeting to maximize ROI.
- Develop acquisition plays using intent data and firmographic signals to target high-propensity segments.
- Analyze full-funnel performance from traffic to Closed Won to drive weekly optimization actions.
- Partner with Sales to improve handoff quality and align SalesLoft outreach with inbound demand signals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing.
- Proven track record of owning digital acquisition within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and paid media platforms.
- Must be located in the New York City Metro area.
- Demonstrated ability to own a marketing function autonomously and hit pipeline/revenue targets.
