What you will do

• Drive strategy and execution for multiple concurrent engineering programs, building structure in ambiguous settings.
• Partner with engineering leads and product managers to define objectives, metrics, and milestones, owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks and blockers, surfacing issues to senior leadership.
• Facilitate quarterly PI planning cycles with realistic, dependency-aware plans reflecting team capacity.
• Lead process improvements using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for automation in planning and reporting.
• Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management leading complex, multi-team programs.
• Experience building programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Track record managing 5+ concurrent strategic initiatives without quality degradation.
• Ability to escalate risks to senior leadership with proven influence.
• Proficiency with Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Deep knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile, Scrum, and PI planning.
