What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud modernization and transformation programs.
• Develop program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks.
• Coordinate alignment across engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams.
• Manage risks, bottlenecks, and budgets to ensure quality and security standards.
• Communicate progress via dashboards and executive briefings to senior leadership.
• Mentor teams on program management best practices and execution discipline.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program/project management.
• 4+ years of experience leading cloud transformation or modernization initiatives.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical programs from concept to completion.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong analytical skills to define and track KPIs and performance metrics.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Knowledge of system reliability engineering principles.
• Understanding of complex system architecture and cloud technologies.
