What you will do

• Build infrastructure to orchestrate, evaluate, and run AI sub-agents and channel adapters.
• Integrate LLM APIs and deploy browser agents to turn prototypes into production tools.
• Own the full product lifecycle from research and ideation to customer delivery and P&L management.
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and observability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to ship solutions for real clinical environments.
• Maintain a fast-moving development pace with daily deployments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, CA
• Professional software engineering experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong fullstack proficiency with Python (backend) and React/Javascript (frontend).
• Working knowledge of containerization and cloud infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-powered features in production.
• Proven track record of driving projects from early ideation to successful production deployment.
