What you will do
- Partner with customers to conduct technical discovery and define success criteria for AI solutions.
- Design and build AI-enabled integrations, data pipelines, and agentic workflows.
- Own the deployment lifecycle, focusing on reliability, observability, and performance.
- Develop evaluation frameworks, including success metrics and guardrails for AI behavior.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn custom solutions into reusable product features.
- Act as the voice of the field by providing feedback to shape the product strategy.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and owning production-grade backend or full-stack software.
- Strong expertise in APIs, event-driven systems, OAuth, and data modeling.
- Applied AI/LLM experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and reliability practices.
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments from problem to solution.
- Strong written communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs.
- Ability to overlap with customer working hours as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent frameworks or workflow orchestration.
- Background in HRIS, payroll, or identity/access management domains.
- Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS, RBAC, and data privacy by design.
- Experience navigating enterprise security and compliance constraints.
