What you will do

• Own the technical architecture for agentic systems, including orchestration, memory, retrieval, and guardrails.
• Build and harden the reasoning layer that processes heterogeneous customer data into actionable root-cause insights.
• Establish rigorous evaluation and testing frameworks to measure agent accuracy against expert-validated ground truth.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to define the technical vision and roadmap for the agent platform.
• Raise engineering standards through code reviews, design documentation, and technical direction.
• Mentor engineers on agentic patterns and system design to unblock complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on building agentic systems (LLM orchestration, multi-agent reasoning, context engineering).
• Demonstrated ability to design and own complex distributed systems in data-intensive B2B SaaS environments.
• Hands-on fluency with the modern agentic stack and deep intuition for failure modes in LLM-driven systems.
• Experience transforming messy, heterogeneous real-world data into reliable model inputs.
• Strong track record of technical mentorship and ability to drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
