What you will do

• Lead and coach engineering managers across infrastructure, foundations, tax engine, implementations, and productivity teams.
• Define operating models, metrics, and standards for cycle planning, incident response, and change management.
• Set the multi-year technical direction for core infrastructure on GCP and data normalization pipelines.
• Drive operational excellence to achieve daily deployments and high-availability service standards.
• Partner with product leadership, support, and GTM teams to ensure platform reliability and customer value.
• Foster an AI-native engineering environment where AI tooling is integrated into daily workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2+ years of experience as a manager of managers leading organizations of 20+ engineers.
• Proven track record of operating high-availability services and defining engineering metrics.
• Experience holding teams accountable through performance management and setting high technical bars.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across product and business functions.
• AI-native fluency with a clear perspective on adopting AI tooling in engineering workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated environments such as fintech, accounting, or payments.
