Location: Hybrid in New York City. Must work onsite Tuesdays through Thursdays from the Union Square office.

Salary: $118,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for partners, providing guidance, training, and documentation to optimize hirify.global solutions.
• Design and execute complex partner-led implementations and provide high-level architectural guidance.
• Standardize recurring implementation motions into repeatable frameworks and scalable operating models.
• Maintain strategic partner relationships to identify technical risks and adoption opportunities.
• Develop technical enablement programs and implementation playbooks to increase partner self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to influence the development of platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in partner-facing technical roles such as Technical Partnerships Manager, TAM, or Solutions Engineer.
• Proficiency in REST APIs and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Hands-on technical skills in Node.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or React.
• Experience scoping and solutioning API integrations and system architectures.
• Must be based in New York City to support the hybrid work requirement.

• Prior experience in fraud, compliance, or financial services.
