What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 8 technical contributors and project managers, overseeing their professional growth and performance.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong working relationships to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and conduct building plan reviews, interpret fire codes, and develop innovative alternative solutions.
• Partner with leadership to promote a positive team culture, foster diversity of thought, and ensure employee engagement.
• Participate in business development activities and collaborate with regional leadership to execute growth strategies.
• Ensure the implementation of best-in-class business processes for service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical consulting and developing client relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of fire protection engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Must reside in or be able to relocate to the Austin Metro area or New Orleans to ensure proximity to the team.
• Professional Engineering License is highly desirable but not required.
