What you will do

• Reinforce installation standards and provide training on termination, mechanical installation, and client interaction.
• Act as the primary escalation point for field issues to ensure timely resolution and project progress.
• Monitor onsite productivity and quality, providing feedback to improve delivery outcomes.
• Lead QA/QC activities, including monthly reporting, issue tracking, and ensuring project compliance.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with scope, safety, and quality expectations.
• Manage site safety and ISO-related activities to ensure full regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction trades and settings.
• 3+ years of experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Ability to climb ladders, work from elevated platforms, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be based in or relocate to the supported region.
