What you will do

• Execute technical design for fire alarm, detection, suppression, and smoke control systems.
• Produce detailed calculations, equipment schedules, and network diagrams.
• Utilize Revit MEP to create precise 3D models and facilitate clash detection.
• Lead the production of construction-ready 2D/3D drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural/electrical engineers, and equipment vendors.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance on system applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of professional experience in Life Safety/Fire Alarm system design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Excel, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Experience with clash detection and 3D coordination in a BIM environment.
• Deep familiarity with NFPA 72, NFPA 101, and International Building/Fire Codes (IBC/IFC).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong communication skills for presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• Experience with specialized suppression system calculations (e.g., NFPA 13, 2001).
