What you will do

• Manage a diverse caseload of liability and property damage claims from inception to settlement.
• Negotiate with claimants, solicitors, and third parties to achieve cost-effective resolutions.
• Ensure strict compliance with client SLAs and internal quality standards.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the case management system.
• Deliver a high standard of client care and communication throughout the claims journey.

Requirements

• At least 12 months’ relevant claims experience, or 6 months’ experience combined with a law degree.
• Working knowledge of the MOJ Claims Portal.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess risk effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Liverpool office in a hybrid capacity.
