TL;DR
NDA Fraud Litigated File Handler (Legal/Insurance): Managing a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files for insurance clients with an accent on evidence analysis, case strategy, and litigation management. Focus on defeating dishonest motor claims, ensuring compliance with court timetables, and achieving commercially sound results.
Location: Hybrid (Bolton, UK). Must be based in the UK and attend the office at least 1 day a week.

What you will do
- Manage a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files from the point of litigation through to resolution.
- Conduct detailed review and analysis of evidence to set and agree on case strategies with clients.
- Ensure full compliance with court timetables, procedural deadlines, and SRA Standards & Regulations.
- Liaise with insurers and carry out investigations to achieve the best litigation results.
- Perform advocacy where required and cost-effective to protect the client's position.
- Maintain accurate case management systems and ensure timely billing and financial targets are met.
Requirements
- Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
- Suitably qualified with an LPC, ILEX, or similar legal qualification.
- Experience handling RTA pre-litigated and/or litigated caseloads.
- Working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and insurance litigation practice.
- Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bolton, UK (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience in handling linked and organised fraud.
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with necessary practice rights.
