What you will do

• Handle a caseload of DA & NDA pre-litigated credit hire files under technical supervision.
• Analyze files throughout the case lifecycle in accordance with client guidelines.
• Formulate initial strategies by assessing intelligence and KYO data.
• Conduct telephone negotiations with third-party solicitors to repudiate exaggerated claims.
• Liaise with insured parties and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with SRA standards, ISO 9001 guidelines, and management information (MI) processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling Credit Hire files and managing an independent caseload.
• Education: at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent (essential); a degree or LPC is preferable.
• Strong telephone negotiation and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workloads within a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and experience with Case Management Systems.

Nice to have

• Experience handling Personal Injury (PI) claims.
• Knowledge of handling cases where indemnity may be an issue.
