TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Birmingham). Must hold British Citizenship due to national security requirements.

What you will do

  • Manage a caseload of military NIHL claims, reviewing evidence and progressing cases efficiently.
  • Assess causation and determine quantum, including PSLA, Smith and Manchester, and Special Damages.
  • Handle disclosure and prepare detailed legal reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Ensure all work aligns with SRA Standards and Regulations and firmwide values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling NIHL disease claims.
  • British Citizenship is mandatory (sole or dual national) with no restrictions on working in the UK.
  • Strong negotiation, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated approach to caseload management.
