What you will do

• Establish insurance cover and record claims within the digital claims handling system.
• Investigate liability claims through desk research or by instructing loss adjusters.
• Make liability decisions and negotiate the final settlement of claims.
• Ensure full compliance with legal timescales and client SLAs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with external clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience handling injury claims within an insurance or legal environment.
• Proficiency in interpreting policy wording, terms, and conditions.
• Knowledge of injury claim valuation and reserving philosophies.
• Understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
