What you will do

• Define and lead the Data & Analytics Practice vision, growth strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Provide active oversight and quality assurance on key client engagements to ensure architectural scalability and alignment with business outcomes.
• Build and scale reusable delivery accelerators, including ingestion frameworks and data-as-a-product curated datasets.
• Drive adoption of AI across the data lifecycle, including automated data discovery, profiling, and metadata management.
• Partner with Sales and Presales to shape GTM narratives and define client-facing service offerings for data modernization.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data engineers, architects, and analytics engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Data & Analytics with 3+ years in senior leadership or Practice leadership roles.
• Strong foundation in modern data architectures such as lakehouse, medallion, and domain-oriented design.
• Expertise in cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AWS Redshift/Glue).
• Proven track record of leading data platform modernization in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
• Must be based in the USA (specifically Eastern or Central Time Zones).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional/military experience.

Nice to have

• Relevant platform certifications (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer).
• Experience in partner co-sell motions with major cloud or data platform vendors.
• Prior experience specifically building or scaling a practice within a consulting firm.
