• Establish delivery governance, risk management, and quality standards for the FDE and AI Engineering practice.
• Act as an executive escalation point for critical customer situations to protect strategic relationships.
• Mentor and develop technical talent through structured career pathways and technical coaching.

Requirements

• Must be based in France.
• Proven people leadership experience managing high-performing technical delivery teams or professional services organizations.
• Hands-on experience as a technical solutions architect or data/AI engineer.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale data platform migrations and AI/ML programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at the C-suite level.
• Familiarity with the modern data and AI ecosystem, specifically Databricks, Apache Spark, MLflow, or Delta Lake.
