What you will do

• Prepare cost estimates and plans incorporating benchmarking data for review.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to optimize project efficiency.
• Identify potential risks and maintain the project’s Risk Register.
• Create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance.
• Manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports.
• Participate in design team meetings to assess cost implications and implement agreed outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of cost management experience.
• Proficiency in advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates and bills.
• Must be based in the United States (as indicated by US state-specific compensation laws and EEO compliance).
