What you will do
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive expansion revenue.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term relationship health for a portfolio of accounts.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategic account plans with specific growth timelines.
- Conduct QBRs and routine calls to demonstrate measurable outcomes and product impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and align resources.
- Integrate AI tools like Claude into research and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or customer success within SaaS or technology.
- Experience managing customers where Managed Service Providers (MSPs) were the target audience.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to build influential, trust-based relationships and create data-informed account strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facilitating solutions.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Apple device management, MDM, RMM, or endpoint security.
- Experience with Salesforce (QtC), Gainsight, or similar CRM tooling.
- Proficiency with AI tools (Claude or similar) in daily workflows.
