What you will do

  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive expansion revenue.
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term relationship health for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategic account plans with specific growth timelines.
  • Conduct QBRs and routine calls to demonstrate measurable outcomes and product impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and align resources.
  • Integrate AI tools like Claude into research and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or customer success within SaaS or technology.
  • Experience managing customers where Managed Service Providers (MSPs) were the target audience.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to build influential, trust-based relationships and create data-informed account strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facilitating solutions.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Apple device management, MDM, RMM, or endpoint security.
  • Experience with Salesforce (QtC), Gainsight, or similar CRM tooling.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (Claude or similar) in daily workflows.
