Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL. The role operates on a hybrid model with required office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 (On Target Earnings).

What you will do
- Manage renewals and expansion outcomes for a large portfolio of customers using structured, scalable touchpoints.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close commercial deals.
- Position and sell professional services and premium support packages to accelerate customer value.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to leverage usage data and health signals for proactive churn mitigation.
- Maintain pristine CRM hygiene, including pipeline management, renewal forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and optimize playbooks.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or a commercial Customer Success role.
- Proven track record of owning revenue outcomes in a quota-carrying or metrics-driven environment.
- SaaS experience is required.
- Strong operational rigor with a focus on efficiency, systems, and repeatable workflows.
- Ability to interpret product usage data and health signals to prioritize outreach.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Chicago, IL.
