TL;DR

Scaled Account Manager (SaaS): Managing a high-volume book of business to drive renewals and expansion with an accent on operational excellence and data-driven commercial motions. Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL. The role operates on a hybrid model with required office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 (On Target Earnings).

What you will do

  • Manage renewals and expansion outcomes for a large portfolio of customers using structured, scalable touchpoints.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close commercial deals.
  • Position and sell professional services and premium support packages to accelerate customer value.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to leverage usage data and health signals for proactive churn mitigation.
  • Maintain pristine CRM hygiene, including pipeline management, renewal forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and optimize playbooks.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, or a commercial Customer Success role.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue outcomes in a quota-carrying or metrics-driven environment.
  • SaaS experience is required.
  • Strong operational rigor with a focus on efficiency, systems, and repeatable workflows.
  • Ability to interpret product usage data and health signals to prioritize outreach.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Chicago, IL.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CX, support, or customer communications products.
  • Experience positioning attached services or add-on packages.
