What you will do

  • Manage client communication and build strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Support the end-to-end client onboarding process and facilitate handovers from sales to operations.
  • Conduct product demos and assist clients in leveraging CRM, AI tools, and automation features.
  • Maintain accurate client records, track pipeline movement, and update account information in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to resolve client requests and improve workflows.
  • Research leads, prepare prospect lists, and support outreach campaigns to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales support.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple client tasks and follow-ups with high attention to detail.
  • Understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and client onboarding processes.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, or Lusha.
  • Background in SaaS, automation, or service-based business industries.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management tools.
