What you will do

- Maintain accurate client records, track pipeline movement, and update account information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to resolve client requests and improve workflows.
- Research leads, prepare prospect lists, and support outreach campaigns to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales support.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple client tasks and follow-ups with high attention to detail.
- Understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and client onboarding processes.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
