What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through active outreach and networking.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress meticulously using CRM systems.
  • Present tailored hirify.global solutions to address specific client challenges and needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move deals efficiently through the sales process.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve growth targets.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and market trends to optimize sales performance.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivering product demos.
  • Drive and persistence to manage objections and push through challenges.
  • Must be based in Utah for hybrid in-office requirements.

  • Experience in prospecting and cold calling.
