What you will do
- Provide level one troubleshooting for SilverLake Deposits processing.
- Manage and resolve client cases through a dedicated case management system.
- Research and identify root causes for application and service issues.
- Guide financial institution clients through system functionality and inquiries.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous service availability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution with a background in Deposit Operations.
- At least 1 year of professional customer service experience.
- Must reside within a 70-mile radius of specified office locations.
- Ineligible for immigration sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the US.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for technical support.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
