What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product configurations, integrations, and data workflows.
• Handle complex escalations from Tier 1 support, collaborating with Development and QA teams.
• Modify production environments via script updates, log analysis, and executing controlled database changes.
• Perform data manipulation and transformation using T-SQL.
• Manage an individual case queue and maintain detailed documentation in CRM tools.
• Participate in 24x7 rotating on-call support coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of technical support experience in production environments.
• Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL preferred) for writing and optimizing queries.
• Understanding of software support tools, log analysis, and basic networking principles.
• Fluent written and oral English communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
