What you will do

• Gather client requirements and configure accounts on proprietary document management and workflow systems.
• Provide daily technical support, resolve data and formatting issues, and handle complex client requests.
• Troubleshoot system functionality and escalate technical issues to appropriate response teams.
• Train clients on system navigation, functionality, and new enhancements.
• Develop client-specific documentation, templates, and general use guides.
• Assist with version upgrades and UAT testing to ensure seamless product migration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Must be available to work the 3rd shift (10:30pm – 7am ET), including weekends and holidays.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 5-6 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience in manufacturing or office environments.
• Advanced knowledge of computers and software, including MS Office or MAC word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
