What you will do
- Provide first-line telephone technical support and troubleshoot customer problems in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and track cases using a dedicated tracking system.
- Perform precise data and configuration changes within production environments.
- Collaborate with internal implementation and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in 24x7 rotational shifts and on-call coverage.
- Test emergency product fixes provided by the development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (0–2 years).
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- Understanding of remote support tools and basic networking concepts.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
