What you will do
- Develop and execute the Aerospace & Defense go-to-market strategy.
- Own and expand the sales pipeline by identifying new customers and contract vehicles.
- Navigate complex procurement processes including DFARS, CMMC, and ITAR.
- Build executive-level relationships with CISOs, ISSOs, and procurement officials.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with defense requirements.
- Establish partnerships with systems integrators and technology providers to expand market reach.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
- 10+ years of SaaS or enterprise software sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience selling into the Aerospace & Defense or Defense Industrial Base.
- Deep understanding of CMMC, DFARS, NIST SP 800-171, and ITAR frameworks.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar contracts.
- Ability to pass a background check and unannounced drug testing.
