What you will do

• Coordinate the rollout and deployment of new marketing tools and training programs across the EMEA region.
• Manage third-party marketing vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality service, and alignment with global standards.
• Support the global martech strategy and research emerging AI-driven and automation solutions to strengthen marketing capabilities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using analytics tools to track platform adoption and campaign ROI.
• Partner with regional operations and central leadership to synchronize the regional roadmap and manage change adoption.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, support, or technology analyst roles.
• Demonstrated success deploying and optimizing a composable marketing technology stack across multiple markets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data management tools, and analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboard creation.
• Must be based in London, UK, and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
