What you will do
- Develop and implement data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies to boost event awareness, attendance, delegate revenue and sponsorships
- Identify new audience segments, refine messaging with market insights, and lead value propositions aligned to brand and objectives
- Manage marketing budgets, optimise spend for ROI, and analyse data to implement lead generation strategies
- Plan integrated campaigns across email, web, digital/print ads, SEO, social media and content marketing
- Optimise digital presence including websites, customer journeys, and create engaging content with internal partners
- Build strategic partnerships, drive community engagement, monitor performance, and conduct post-event analysis
- Collaborate with Content, Sales, Operations and Marketing teams for seamless campaigns and premium experiences
Requirements
- 4–5+ years B2B or B2C marketing experience, ideally in events, media or agency
- Proven experience building audiences via multi-channel campaigns
- Strong strategic/commercial mindset, balancing creativity and analytics
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of digital channels: email, social, SEO, paid media
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics, HTML, meta tags, keyword research
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Experience marketing premium B2B conferences, virtual/hybrid events
- Familiarity with subscription, media or audience-led business models
- Experience with sponsorship or partnership campaigns
