What you will do

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, and digital platforms.
  • Write and deploy persuasive, conversion-focused copy for landing pages and email touchpoints.
  • Optimize event websites and streamline registration processes.
  • Perform audience targeting and segmentation using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and media partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key engagement and conversion metrics.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in events, conferences, or lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns for multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting skills focused on conversion-oriented messaging.
  • Proficiency in CRM and email platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office at least 3 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and marketing attribution models.
  • Familiarity with web CMS and basic SEO principles.
  • Experience in content marketing and PR outreach.
