What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding organizational communication and contract management.
• Establish and communicate clear expectations on roles and responsibilities to clients.
• Market additional services and products to expand client offerings.
• Handle dispute resolution and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.

Requirements

• Must reside in Washington.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 15-60%.
