What you will do

  • Provide outsourced accounting and financial management support as an extension of the client’s internal finance team.
  • Execute core accounting functions including month-end close, financial statement preparation, and reporting.
  • Compile and analyze financial data to support audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with client leadership to address financial and operational challenges.
  • Deliver high-quality financial insights and presentations for executive leadership and boards.
  • Train junior or offshore team members on repeatable workflows and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive accounting or financial experience.
  • Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits and employment.
  • Strong foundation in core accounting functions, including general ledger activities.
  • Ability to quickly learn new accounting systems and healthcare-specific technologies.
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly within hospitals, is preferred.
