What you will do

• Define in-vehicle network architecture across Ethernet, CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, and TSN for ECUs and domain controllers.
• Architect connectivity infrastructure for OTA updates, telematics, and secure vehicle-to-cloud communications.
• Define service-oriented architecture (SOA) and middleware stacks including Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR and SOME/IP.
• Enforce hardware and software interfaces aligned with ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ISO/SAE 21434, and UL 4600.
• Evaluate architecture trade-offs regarding performance, cost, reliability, and security for OEM partner programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, controls, and software to align communication interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive or autonomous vehicle engineering with a focus on E/E architecture or telematics.
• Proven experience designing in-vehicle communication networks such as automotive Ethernet, CAN/CAN-FD, and LIN.
• Strong working knowledge of functional safety, SOTIF, and cybersecurity standards.
• Ability to balance performance, scalability, and cost in complex architecture decisions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) and high-bandwidth zonal architectures.
• Deep AUTOSAR expertise.
• Experience working directly with OEM partners.
