What you will do

• Respond to field failures and technical support requests to maintain system uptime.
• Travel to deployment sites to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Lead cross-functional root cause analysis (RCA) across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and software domains.
• Support implementation of design changes through prototyping, validation testing, and integration.
• Define technical requirements for field-facing hardware based on operational performance data.
• Create and review technical documentation, including schematics, build instructions, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Experience debugging and assembling complex hardware/software systems in autonomous vehicles or robotics.
• Proficiency in automotive electronics and protocols such as Ethernet, CAN, LIN, and 100BASE-T1.
• Experience operating in Linux environments using terminal-based diagnostic tools.
• Scripting or programming skills in Python, C++, C, Bash, or ROS.
• Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, and software domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
